Westmorland Antique Period Oak Oat Cake Riddleboard


This is a lovely, large example of an English, Late Georgian antique period oak riddle board for making oat cakes and oat breads. In super condition and a very lovely original colour to both sides, a very good example. A decorative piece of antique kitchenalia or treen from the Westmorland area in the North of England around 1800. Made from a single piece of oak timber. Dates to around 1770.
