Wonderful 19th Century Antique Diorama of Mary a Steam Trawler – History Known


A wonderful large English 19th century antique half hull diorama of the steam trawler Mary in 1880’s. In totally superb, original honest condition, with very interesting history supplied by the Scottish Maritime Museum. This antique diorama depicts a half hull ship a trawler named Mary in the original paint and mounted on the original painted pine board that has a simple ebonised frame. In excellent condition. A very lovely piece with very interesting history of the life of Mary from her launch in 1888 all the way through her life until her ending her fishing career in the thirties. All information with be given to the purchaser.
