A wonderful pair of 19th century drawings, including an ink sketch of a garden and cottage entrance signed 'H. Scott, 1883' and a drawing of a lady labelled in Spanish 'payera de la provincia de Tarragona' ['peasant of the province of Tarragona']. The signs of ageing add to the antique charm and fascination of these pieces.
