C1880 A Wonderful Lead Planter After The Warwick Vase - would work well inside or outside in a garden.
The Warwick Vase was excavated from Hadrian's Villa at Tivoli in 1771, by Gavin Hamilton, and dates to the second century AD. Hamilton sold the vase to his nephew, the 2nd Earl of Warwick, who built a specially commissioned conservatory in the grounds of Warwick Castle to house it.
