Item Details

This very pretty little 19th century oval Venetian mirror, circa 1890, has a dainty scallop-cut edged frame decorated mid-frame with a design of leaves running either side of a central flower. Each section of the frame is secured with a small fanned leaf held in place with a little glass flower topped screw. The top of mirror has a high, acanthus leaf cartouche also secured with glass flower topped screws. The original, bevelled, central glass is in very good condition and gives an excellent reflection.
