Very large, early 20th century Venetian mirror, circa 1920, with narrow, scallop cut edged frame decorated with a line of circles, or bubbles, cut into the back of the glass. Each piece is secured with glass leaf corners and also held with little glass flower topped screws. There is a little age in the frame edges and the central glass which still gives a very good reflection. This mirror is from Bordeaux in France and probably hung in a hotel or restaurant. It can be hung portrait, as photographed, or landscape.
