Item Details

A particularly attractive 19th century antique pine linen press cupboard. The antique linen press cupboard has a two door cupboard to the top, which opens to reveal a three shelved interior, which are sliding drawers. To the base of the two stage linen press cupboard is an arrangement of three long drawers, each with ebonised wooden knobs. Raised on bracket feet. Comes apart in two sections for ease of transport and movement. Finished with a fresh coat of natural wax.

CONDITION REPORT:
In good antique condition throughout with some signs of age. There is surface wear in places including age-related marks and scratches to the front and sides (pictured) also shrinkage and losses to the beading on the sides (pictured). The antique pine linen press cupboard remains structurally solid and sound, with the drawers running well. Comes apart in two sections for ease of transport and movement. Finished with a fresh coat of natural wax. Overall, a neat example.
