Item Details

This lavender pillow is made from a piece of vintage Miao embroidery originating from an apron. The ground textile is hand spun, hand loomed cotton, and the silk embroidery is in reds and oranges. I've backed the pillow in a vintage indigo cotton and added dark red beaded tassels. The cushion is filled with Provencal lavender selected for its long lasting scent. I think this would make a wonderful gift for a textile lover.
