Item Details

This wonderful little lavender pillow is made from a fragment of Ottoman silk embroidery on hand spun, hand woven linen. I've mounted the fragment onto a vintage wild silk which is also hand spun and hand woven. The gold ribbon is from the 1940s and the fringed ends are from the silk shawl. The pillow is stuffed full of Provencal lavender selected for its long lasting scent.
