Item Description
These cushions are made from a vintage handloomed textile from the Songjiang weaving district of Shanghai. The colour is made up from light and dark blue with green cotton yarns resulting a lovely aqua colour. The textile was woven on a narrow loom only around 13" wide so I've joined pieces together to make the desired size. As with a lot of hand loomed textiles the pattern is a bit skew at the edges so its impossible to match it at the seams. This should be seen as a characteristic of its handwoven nature and not a fault. There are zip fasteners and feather pads.
