Item Details

A fine example of a Louis Philippe mirror from the mid 19th century. The gilded surface has naturally worn in places over the past century and more revealing the rich terracotta coloured base coat. The gilt wood frame is in superb condition with no cracks of losses to the moulding. Old bevelled mirror plate. Louis Philippe wall mirror. France circa 1840.
