A mid century gilt wood sunburst mirror of spectacular proportions. These iconic mirrors are becoming increasingly hard to find but here we have another amazing sunburst of the grandest scale. A mass of architectural golden rays of sunshine evenly spaced around the original large mirror plate certainly makes this a statement piece mirror. Easily large enough to place above a mantle piece or indeed any wall would be enhanced by its presence. Nicely faded and rubbed a little with just a hint of the ochre coloured base coat revealed. Superb original condition.
