A late 18th century French oak gateleg table. The rustic circular top to this lovely old table is formed from four beautifully seasoned oak timbers. It sits upon three solid oak legs when the swing out leg is pulled forward. The swing out leg supports the top when in use but can be stored away in the upright position when closed, an ingenious little piece of history! Wonderful deep colour with rich patina. Oak country gate leg occasional table.
