A super large French gilded wall mirror boasting such marvellous proportions that it could easily be used free standing as a leaner mirror should it be required to do so. The gilded surface is etched with a Greek key pattern around the entire frame, the gilding is bright and lustrous with just the occasional age related rub marks. The original mirror plate is flawless giving uninterrupted reflection. later back board. French gilded mirror circa 1840.
