Item Details

A large English two door pine cupboard in original dragged green paint. The paint to this quintessential country house base has faded a little over the past century and more with some surface wear, only enhancing its appearance, charm and character. The thick pine top also holds the original paint in contrasting natural tones. Below are two wide panelled doors with original black ceramic handles, which when opened reveal a single internal shelf with decorative turned wood support to the front, a series of wide vertical pine timbers to the back. Cleaned, polished and wood worm treated, purely as a precautionary measure. A substantial English Victorian two door pine base in original paint. Circa 1880.
