A row of three panelled doors below three drawers make this exquisite piece not only brilliant for storage but incredibly pleasing to look at. The doors enclose three deep cupboards with internal shelves. Each cupboard door with lock and key. The drawer fronts have the most evocative heart shaped design hand carved into each one with a circular design carved to the centre. Made almost two centuries ago from solid dense wild cherry now seasoned to the most beautiful rich colour with deep patina. The original back consists of thick solid Elm timbers. An altogether beautiful, substantial piece of antique furniture.
Cleaned, re polished and wood worm treated as a precautionary measure. 19th century French cherrywood Buffett / Enfilade.
