Item Details

An early 19th century English oak side table. The proportions of this pretty table are such that it would work perfectly as a side lamp table. The top consists of two wide, beautifully seasoned oak timbers. Below is a large deep drawer. The drawer boasts its original brass ring handles with decorative backplates and central brass escutcheon. Raised on four square tapering legs. The legs have developed a slight kink in places over the past two centuries only adding to its quirky country house charm. English oak table. Circa 1820.
