Item Details

A pair of 19th century French gilded wall mirrors. Although smaller in scale these pretty mirrors boast enormous charm. A raised stylised rope twist moulding sits upon the gilt wood frame with a decorative ribbon tied laurel leaf crest to the top, the leaf design being repeated to the sides. Original gold leaf now mellowed to a warm golden colour with some minor rubs consistent with their age and history.
A super little pair of mirrors in good original condition with no chips or losses to the decorative frames. Original glass with minimal foxing.
