Item Details

A small 19th century silver leaf Louis Philippe wall mirror. The silver leaf is bright and plentiful but has faded and worn a little thin in some areas revealing the original warm reddish base coat beneath only adding to its charm and character. A subtle design etched into the surface represents a mixture of flowers and leaves entwined. The original glass remains but with some historical blemishes. Original backboard.
