An elegant mahogany tilt top tripod table. The dished tray top was formed from a single piece of mahogany nearly two centuries ago. It is secured upon an elegant turned mahogany triform stem with its original brass catch mechanism beneath. When released the table top can be placed in the upright position. Gorgeous rich colour with a clean polished surface. English tilt top tripod table circa 1830.
