Antique Oriental Japanese large fine quality shaped bronze bowl planter jardinière Meiji Period C1900. Suiban Ikebana art. Suitable for flower arrangement or bonsai art.
Decorated with a floral like geometrical frieze, dragon handles, lost wax technique.
Would look amazing in the right location and make a fabulous centre piece. Great colour and patina.
Overall maximum dimensions: 33cm long (38cm including handles) x 26cm wide x 10.5cm high. Weighs 2.4kg.
In very good antique condition, with minor historic knocks and marks as is typical, nothing bad. Probably not watertight, so should be used with a liner.
