We love rosewood whether it’s a top quality piece from the early 19th Century like this one or Mid Twentieth century.


Every so often we can’t resist buying the best from eras other than our own usual area of expertise. Our restorer learnt his skills on antique furniture and has done a beautiful job on bringing what was a slightly tired piece back to life again.


We see plenty of standard Georgian and Victorian turnover top tea tables and card tables in auctions, but every so often one stands out and says ” buy me ” ! This one did, so here it is.
