1960’s/70’s Rosenthal porcelain 30 piece Studio Linie dinner service


The well known German ceramic company Rosenthal used a number of well known designers in the 1960’s , 70’s and 80’s to keep them in the forefront of contemporary design . They used the Studio Linie name for these designs . Some patterns are known and turn up regularly , but we couldn’t find this lovely stylish design when we looked online . The lidded serving dishes have lovely domed lids .


There are 6 settings with dinner plates , dessert plates , soup bowls and stands which could also be used as side plates as well as 2 serving plates and 4 bowls .


 


Condition
We could find no obvious signs of use as it’s in great condition , no chips , cracks , crazing etc .


Not something we’d send as a parcel as you can’t get insurance cover for items that can’t be bought new today .
