1960’s Danish ebonised spindle back armchair by Farstrup


Not labelled but a known design and model, it’s often found as a rocking chair, but no signs of either been changed. Amazingly we managed to source a 2nd one, so now we have 2. The one with the orange and grey is already listed separately.


We didn’t have enough fabric to do the 2nd one in the same so went for a lovely grey wool.


A Danish mid-century take on a traditional style of chair by a good maker who is still producing a more simplified version of this chair today.


Condition
As you’ll see the most recent one has less wear to the ebonised finish, but we think they both equally as nice and work well together if you’d like to have a pair.
