Group of 5 Gullaskruf Reffla vases by Arthur Percy 1952


“Reffla” translates as “grooves”. These lovely moulded glass vases have an opalescent colouring which when added to the shape give them a distinctive stylish appearance. The Reffla series was designed by Arthur Percy in 1952 and was made throughout the 1950’s. The bowl is rarely seen and we bought it separately, with the other pieces coming to us a set. 


Condition:


Gullaskruf never marked this series nor the other well known Percy glass vases they made. Occasionally an original label will survive and in this case there is one on the mini vase.


There are some nibbles to the vases but due to the design they’re really hard to spot unless closely inspected. We’ve shown the worst damage in one of the photos and it is reflected in our pricing.


The bowl is 25cms across and 13cms high. The 3 vases are 14cms high and 11cms across, and the mini vase 6cms high
