I’m Ryan the Rye Pottery Rhinoceros by David Sharp !


We thought Ryan was a good name, but you may want to give him or her a different name. David Sharp ran the Rye Pottery for many years and came up with various animal models in the late 1960’s and early 1970’s. The decoration is often in this lovely blue and white pallet, but some are in other colours, but the designs will vary.


A good size as a single item or to add to a collection to make an attractive grouping.


You won’t find many others around.


43cms long, 18cms at widest, 21cms at highest


Condition
No obvious damage or restoration that we can see. Slight absence of glaze to the horn as per photos.
