Impressive 1970’s burr wood and chrome coffee table


So far we haven’t managed to come up with any information on this beautifully made stylish coffee table.


It’s the kind of piece that would have been sold at Harrods and similar expensive shops in the late 1970’s. The quality of the chrome and brass finished railed sides is top notch and it would have been very expensive when new.


The nearest make of this style and quality that regularly comes up for sale is the British firm of Merrow Associates, but this lovely table may not be even British.


Condition
In good vintage condition with some light scratches to the high polished finish when you look at it in a strong light. The chrome and brass is in lovely condition with only very slight wear.
