Large 1960’s Danish pendant lamp by Fabricius and Kastholm 70cms


Designed c 1964 for the small Danish quality lighting company Nordisk Solar this is the rarer large version at 70cms diameter. We do have a couple of the smaller 50cm ones if you’d like to make up a group. It was made in a number of finishes, and this is the slightly brass coloured one.


Ideal for over a dining table as you’ll see in one of the photos. You get a central stronger light with a nice warm diffused light spreading outwards.


Fabricius and Kastholm were best known for the iconic Scimitar chair.


Condition
Rewired to UK standards. It is in good vintage condition with 1 small ding to the top if you look closely and other minor signs of wear which you have to expect after over 50 years.
