Merrow Associates chrome, rosewood and glass cocktail trolley 1972


We bought this lovely trolley from the original owners along with 2 matching nests all of which were bought new in Newcastle in 1972. Designed by Richard Young in the late 1960’s this was a high end expensive piece when new and was retailed by companies like Harrods and Heals in London as well as selected provincial retailer. We’re listing the nests separately.


Condition
The chrome and glass are in great vintage condition with no obvious wear or damage. The rosewood veneers had a few marks, so we’ve had it cleaned and then given it an oiled finish, so now it looks great again.
