A pair of elegant 19th century mahogany chippendale / Hepplewhite style carvers. Lovely carved splats and arms raised on slender splayed legs.


The seat are covered in a textural small scale boucle in a raspberry coloured wool fabric that looks fantastic with the dark colour of the wood. Finished with a double piped edge. They would work used as a pair of hall chairs, bedroom or dining.


The frames are stable and have been cleaned. They show some signs of age related wear as to be expected but are in quite clean and tidy condition. The seats are the original stuffing and webbing with new top cover upholstery. They are covered in Bute, raspberry pink wool.
