Set of 8 Nyrup Danish teak dining chairs to be re upholstered to order.


An elegant design by one of the lesser known Danish makers. It’s hard to find vintage sets of 8 as most people only bought sets of 4 or 6 in the 1960’s and 1970’s.


Our price includes re-upholstery as the original vinyl is not only torn in places but it also won’t meet current UK Fire Regulations for upholstered furniture. Our in-house upholsterer has done a set of 6 in the past which we’ve shown as inspiration. She’ll need 4.5 metres of standard width fabric ( around 140cms is usual ) and can assist with getting samples and ordering fabric from our usual suppliers.


Our price excludes cost of fabric.

Condition
The teak frames in good vintage condition with no loose joints. The original vinyl upholstery will be replaced to order. As with all vintage furniture you must expect to see some minor signs of wear if you look very closely.
