VINTAGE SCULPTURE


An abstract free-form organic shaped ceramic sculpture, incorporating multiple holes and voids to create a hollowed appearance slightly reminiscent of an alien life form or perhaps an abstraction on human form.


A deeply pitted, textured granular brown glaze.


Indistinctly signed to the reverse, hard to decipher precisely, but possibly ‘AMORIS’ or ‘R MORIS’…


In the manner of Sonja Ferlov Mancoba, Ladislav Zivr or Michell Bargoin


Also dated ‘1981’ on the reverse.


The sculpture is in excellent vintage condition with no serious issues and only minor wear commensurate with age.
