154cm Vintage Lucite Chrome Glass Round Dining Table, Jacques Dumond style, 1990's ca, Belgian.

This table has been gently cleaned while respecting the vintage patina.

This circular table was custom made as a dining table/commercial display table. It is in the manner of Jacques Dumond (1906-1988) who was a french designer known for his sleek minimal mid-century designs. The materials and design junctions are similar to the furniture by Jacques Dumond.

The base is formed by a Y shape thick Lucite panels. These have industrial style chrome plated steel fittings. This base securely supports the heavy round glass top.

Two identical tables available; they were custom made in 1990 for a prestigious fashion boutique in Brussels. Acquired from their first owners in Brussels and imported in UK.

Good original condition, wear consistent with age and use. Some scratches and minor grazing on the edge of the glass top. These tables most of their time were covered with a fabric therefore in very good condition.

Packing is included in this price. The base will be wrapped separately from the top. Each will be wrapped in bubble wrap with an outer layer of card.

In terms of delivery, the glass top needs three people to lift.
