A fabulous antique Kerman Lavar carpet, handwoven circa 1910 featuring an allover floral design on an ivory field and deep indigo border. Finely woven with soft, silk like wool and secondary colours of reds, pinks and gold.
Size: 2.94m x 2.41m (9ft 8in x 7ft 11in)
This rug is in good condition with light, age related wear, slightly heavier in a few small areas (see photos). Fringes and selvedges are secure and it has been professionally cleaned.
