A beautiful antique Neyriz rug, handwoven circa 1910 with a Tree of Life design interspersed with stylised birds and animals on an ivory field and indigo border. Fabulous secondary colours and a great example of tribal weaving.
Size: 2.02m x 1.54m (6ft 8in x 5ft 1in)
This rug is in good condition with light, age related wear, slightly heavier in places (see photos). Fringes and selvedges are secure and it has been professionally cleaned.
