A fabulous antique Qashqai rug. Handwoven by the eponymous nomadic tribe, circa 1900. With a 3 medallion design on a navy blue field and great secondary colours. Note the small figures throughout the field (see photos).


Size: 2.54m x 1.41m (8ft 4" x 4ft 8")


This rug is in good condition with moderate, even wear. Slightly heavier in places. A few small repairs to border (see photos). Fringes and selvedges are secure and it has been professionally cleaned.
