A striking domino paper by the French wallpaper workshop Atelier Poulaillon, printed using the traditional 18th-century domino printing technique. The paper is pressed into engraved wood blocks to imprint the pattern, with colours added either freely or through stencils. This design is inspired by an original 18th-century wallpaper fragment.


The elaborate decoration features large roses in red, green, yellow, and blue set against a criss-cross pattern, bordered by a floral frieze accented with textured red brushstrokes. Glazed and presented in a giltwood frame with an ivory mount. A captivating patterned print with bold colours and rich historical tradition.
