A 1950s European occasional table in painted and pierced metal, combining an eau-de-nil green top with a pale buttermilk magazine shelf below.


The lipped top lifts away from the black metal frame to be used as a serving tray, while the lower pierced metal section curves to form a holder for magazines and papers.


A charming piece of mid-century design, with a particularly good combination of form, function and original colour.
