An abstract watercolour on paper by British artist Harry Ousey (1915–1985), in a striking palette of yellow and black, signed and dated 1971.  The composition combines bold gestural forms with softer washes of colour, creating a sense of movement.


Ousey was associated with the St Ives movement and is known for his expressive post-war abstractions.  His work is held in public collections, including Falmouth Art Gallery. 


Presented in a hand-painted frame with museum-grade glass.
