A large-scale mixed media work on canvas by German artist Franz Hirsch, 1975.  Titled 'Landschaftssage' and signed and dated on the reverse. The artist has used oil paint and gauze to create texture in this work, depicting a verdant, natural landscape.   It is set within a hand-painted wooden tray frame.
