A mid-20th century abstract composition in oil on canvas, unsigned.
This post-Cubist geometric abstraction is composed of interlocking angular planes in muted tones of slate grey, dusty lilac, powder blue and ochre against a chalk-white ground. The work relates stylistically to the development of post-war abstraction in France and the wider École de Paris.


Presented in a bespoke hand-painted triple tray frame.
