This is a very elegant 18th century Georgian barrel back armchair. This design is getting rarer and rarer to find of this period so I am so pleased to have located this one. It is a personal favourite design of mine as it looks great in any setting as well as being very comfy. The barrel shape really does wrap around you making it ideal for taking yourself away to enjoy a book or a tipple of your choice. The pleated back really highlights the shape as well.
