This is a very smart Georgian mahogany chest of drawers. It is totally original and wears its age very well. The colour and patina is full of character and gives this piece a real charm. The sides are painted pine which suggests this was used in an alcove originally and to me adds a nice contrast and detail to the piece. All drawers run smoothly and retain original brass handles.
