The left lever changes the days, and the right lever changes the date. The months are written on 6 double sided paper slots that can easily be changed.

Set on a rose gold coloured, lightly foxed, mirrored plate.

There is a visible chip on the right of the plate.

Sourced from a townhouse in the Loire Valley.
