An impressive pair of Neoclassical bronze wall lights or sconces, finely cast with crisp and finely articulated arabesques, anthemion and palmette ornament. The bronze retains a particularly attractive and vivid verdigris patination, lending the pair a distinctive sense of age and character. Designed to be wall mounted, each fitting casts a soft, atmospheric light both upwards and downwards. Rewired in antique-style flex with B22 bulb fittings and PAT tested to UK standards. France, Circa 1900 (Later adapted for mounting)
