Early 20th century English child’s toy cart

An early 20th century hand folk art hand crafted English child’s toy cart. Made from metal support sections and pine wood, this object has bags of character through years of use and play. It is still functional but more of a decorative object. Recently uncovered from a private collection in London and likely to have been estate made for a young child to play with.

A naturally aged example with lots of wear and tear, faded and flaked painted surface, worn wooden section with decay and loss, The wheels do still turn somewhat, but this object is more for decorative and display purpose.
