Item Details

Mid-20th Century Italian wall mounted counterbalance light

Difficult to determine the design of this fine hand-crafted mid-20th century solid brass / metal counterbalance wall mounted light. Lit from both ends with individual original switch buttons in place. Supported by a heavy counterbalance weight towards the back which can be used to tighten the light in place. Full articulated and made with fine craftmanship. Finished with 2 modern day linen material removable shades.

Mixed in the form of Luci Sri or Serge Mouille however this unique model is made with more mechanical sections and material, therefore we are unsure of this true origin and maker, in our humble opinion we would say Italian in form due to its features. This isn’t your usual item and rare in form we believe.
