Mid-20th Century Italian Brass Sputnik Ceiling Light
An authentic and stylish mid-20th century brass Sputnik ceiling chandelier, originating from Italy and dating to circa 1970.
This statement ceiling light features the classic Sputnik form, with radiating brass arms and a bold sculptural silhouette. It has recently been rewired for modern use with a 3-core 240V electrical output and includes an adjustable central ceiling rose fitting.
The brass displays attractive age-related patina, mottling, and surface blemishes throughout, consistent with its age and use. There are no breaks or structural damage.
