Rare over sized early 20th Century hand crafted architectural stair case model
Without doubt the most impressive example we have uncovered and the attention to detail is exceptional. As shown in the photos provided this model is handmade using dovetail joints, nails and screws. All section work is of the highest craftsmanship standard. Supported by only 2 pine panels it stands alone as shown. The banister work is amazing with scrolled finished sections, the wear across this item is true with a deep patina.
