Mid-20th Century Whirligig Policeman Figure

We are proud to offer an unusual hand-crafted id 20th Century pine whirligig policeman figure. With its metal support stand still in place. The figure details old nails for detail on its hat and coat. With two large pine paddle arms which still move as first intended. A large example of English folk art with some lovely naive craftsmanship.
